Who We Are
Mac Properties is founded by Graham McCabe and Connor, two Mid-Ulster based operators with combined backgrounds spanning hands-on construction, full project delivery, and large-scale commercial development management.
Graham began his career with a bricklaying apprenticeship straight from school, progressed through running his own contracting business, and spent years delivering residential builds across the full lifecycle, from site preparation and foundations through to completion. He later added gas and electrical qualifications to his skill set, giving him direct control over refurbishment work that most deal sourcers have to outsource. That combination of construction knowledge and structured property training is the operational foundation Mac Properties is built on.
Connor brings over 15 years of project management experience, including oversight of commercial developments with values reaching up to £100 million. Between us, we bring a depth of practical and managerial expertise that is genuinely rare in the property sourcing space.
We are based in Mid-Ulster and actively source across Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Derry/Londonderry, and throughout Mid-Ulster, targeting markets with strong rental demand, liquidity, and long-term growth fundamentals.
